Tool shop as a part of Urbanka division offers you development, technical documentation, production and service of tools. Our specialization is
press tools, i.e. drawing tools, cutting tools, bending tools, tools for punching (first of all sheet metals) - embossing and also
punching "through", dies for rubber products, drilling jigs, spotting jigs, welding jigs, holding jigs, assembly jigs, furthermore
limited series of complicated parts in 3D.

Technical equipment
- standard tool workshop equipment. As for the machine equipment there are among others: - electro-erosion wire cutter Hitachi 355R enabling to cut parts with dimensions 500 x 350 x 300 mm in the machine tank, with their weight up to 400 kg. - boring and milling machine WH10 CNC with CAM system SurfCAM 2D. It enables to machine parts up to their size 1200 x 850 mm and their weight up to 1000 kg. - coordinate measuring machine Mitutoyo BHN706 - measuring range 700 x 600 x 450 mm, weight of a part max. 500 kg. |

Tools construction
We work with AutoCAD and SolidWorks software enabling to work mainly with DWG, DXF file formats. The output can also be a data file in digital form, or documentation in paper form, drawn in the plotter up to A0 format. |
